This kit does most of that work for you. It is written in your company's voice: fill in your numbers once, read the result, and export it as a PDF or a Word document for your committee.

How it works

Step 1

Fill in the essentials

About a dozen things only you know (company name, number of users, the people involved) are at the top of the form. Everything else is already pre-filled with sensible defaults.

Read and adjust

In Parts A to D, click any coloured value to change it: yellow is a default, green is your edit, orange is still needed.

 Step 3

Create the report

As a PDF or a Word document: the full business case, or only the parts each reader needs (Part B for Finance, Part C for IT and Security).

Your values stay private. Every change, in the form or in the text, goes into one set of parameters kept in your browser. Save parameters stores named versions in your own private workspace; Load parameters lists them, and gives you a private link to continue on another computer or share with a colleague.
